Intake/Initial Session:
$235 per 50 min – It is important for our team to know what is going on for you or your child. This initial session helps us to create a plan of what assessments are going to be most helpful.
Assessment
$1750 Adult ADHD 18+ – When you are undiagnosed but something ain’t right
(WAIS-IV, CAARS, WAIS* if still in school)

$2400 – Assessment (lite) – something isn’t right, my kid isn’t getting the supports they need, and they don’t have behavioural issues, so they are off the “needs help” radar. Basically, they are a good kid and because of that they are left to raw dog learning. (WISC/WAIS, WAIT)

$2800 – All Inclusive – My kid is struggling behaviourally, socially, academically – to quote the Backstreet Boys – “tell me why” (WISC/WISC, WAIT, BASC-3, CONNERS 4, ABAS-2 if needed)

Approach Psychology is pleased to offer direct billing to some major insurance plans. Ask us about it!
Payment
Cash, cheque, etransfer and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
All regular therapy sessions require 24 hours notice for cancellation. For psychological assessment a 72 hour notice is required because of the planning required and time allotments.
